Cooee Constructions gets development through the approval process in the Kimberley. Planning work is completed in-house by a qualified planner, and because we are also a licensed builder, the advice comes from people who have to build the thing once it is approved.
We work with clients at every stage: finding a site, testing whether a project stacks up, getting it approved, and holding the consultants and contractors to account while it is delivered.
Before you commit, we offer land tenure and Aboriginal land advice, site identification and development potential assessments, development feasibility assessments, planning due diligence for property acquisitions, development risk assessments and planning constraints analysis.
To get a project approved, we provide statutory and strategic land use planning advice, planning approval strategy and pathway advice, development application preparation, pre-assessment and management, subdivision, strata and amalgamation applications, infrastructure and servicing coordination, local government liaison and advocacy, and heritage planning advice.
Through delivery, we offer landowner and developer representation and approval process management.
